The receptionist was lovely and gave me a walkin appointment.
My wax was done by a young man ear doctor.
He was very professional and managed to get rid of two big lumps of ear wax . Wish i had it done earlier!

Amazing. Next day booking and plenty of time slots. The receptionist was very friendly, clean and nice waiting room and the lady who did my ear-wax removal was brilliant. Everything was explained, I got to see what was happening and the session itself took no more than 20 mins. I feel like i’ve got a completely new ear! Would 100% recommend and used again. It’s £75 for two ears (even if you only have one doing) but it’s totally worth it!

Went to the Ramsden Heath branch and had my ears cleared by Ben on the 3rd of January.
An utmost professional approach and diagnosis with a painless procedure.
I couldn't recommend Ben highly enough had the added hearing test which again was excellent with a report sent by email.
At last I've found someone who I can totally say is the best in the business.

I took my child for an hearing assessment and the assessment was very informative and professional. My son really enjoyed the assessment and found it very interesting with the pictures and diagrams shared and explained. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

I went in for 'vestibular function tests'. The audiologist was excellent. Very personable and friendly. She kept me informed in straightforward, non-jargon language and I felt by the end of it all that I understood what had just happened and what it all meant, rather than just having experienced some sort of arcane medical experiment. Top marks 👍.

Fantastic service, booked online at 6am and was all all done by 9am. Got there early and seen immediately . Went in not hearing a thing and Lisa did a fantastic job getting the wax out. Very easy to book an appointment on line at the Chelmsford click hearing.
My teenage son was a bit anxious about going but he was very well looked after.
Excellent knowledgeable professional treatment and we learned some interesting facts about our ears.

Very friendly staff. Quick service. Very informative and useful feedback. The professional took her time explaining everything so I understood everything. Painless and super effective. Had a build up of wax in my left ear and could not hear a thing, booked my appointment that same week and was seen to very quickly and in 20 mins it was done. I can hear again!

I was first seen by the receptionist who was very nice. I was seen very promptly for my appointment.
Georgia was the lady who looked after me.
She was lovely. She was very knowledgeable and checked me over.
Everything sorted within the appointment time.
My ears feel great again.

Extremely easy to book. I loved being able to see inside my ear after years of ear treatment. The staff were friendly, the service very quick and all in all a fabulous experience. I had the micro suction and won't hesitate to return for it again, along with when I need a hearing aid.

Brilliant service. I was having trouble with my hearing and found click hearing online, as I live locally. My appointment was booked for the very next day. I went to my appointment and greeted by a friendly lady on reception. Hayley was fantastic, talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable during my Microsuction procedure. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
The procedure was worth every penny and I will happily recommend and return in future.
