What is Test & Trial?

Test & Trial is a simple way for you to see if hearing aids are right for you, without cost or obligation.

“How much will my hearing improve?‘ and ‘How comfortable will they be?‘ are questions you will have answered with Test & Trial

How long does the Test & Trial last?

You will have the aids for 14 days which is normally long enough for you to make a judgment as to how they perform for you. During this period, we will be on hand to make any adjustments or changes that you may require to ensure you are experiencing the highest quality of sound.

Is there a cost?

A hearing aid trial is something that we include for those that would benefit from testing amplification before considering buying hearing aids.

There is no additional fee for the trial, it’s included in our hearing assessment fee of £75. We’ll verify that the hearing aids are meeting your prescription using tiny measuring microphones next to your eardrum and show you how much your speech understanding scores improve with the hearing aids fitted compared to without them.

It can take some acclimatisation to get maximum benefit from hearing aids, but this is the perfect way to set us off in the right direction and well worth the extra time we take to get it right.
