We will act on your order right away and normally dispatch to you within 5 business days.

If your item is not in stock, we will backorder for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the option to notify us of their intention to return unwanted goods within 14 days of purchase/receipt of goods (whichever is longer), in exchange for a full refund, with no penalty.

If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a ‘change of heart’ then the return delivery costs will be borne by you. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be borne by us, the merchant.

Goods must be returned using Recorded Delivery.
