Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Click Hearing Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality care to all of our clients. To ensure fairness and availability of appointments, we kindly ask for adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. The notice period applies to working days only (Monday to Friday).
How to Cancel/Reschedule: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled either via the appointment confirmation email, by calling us on 01708 259863, or by emailing us at [email protected]. Please note that cancellations cannot be made through the online booking system.

Late Cancellations

Definition: A cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice (not counting Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays) is considered a late cancellation.
Fee: If an appointment is cancelled late, a fee of 50% of the procedure fee or £50, whichever is greater, will apply.

No-Show Policy

Definition: A no-show occurs when a client misses an appointment without providing any notice.
Fee: For a no-show, a fee of 50% of the procedure fee or £50, whichever is greater, will be charged.

Repeated No-Shows or Late Cancellations

Clients who have three or more late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments.

Why This Policy is Necessary

Missed appointments and late cancellations disrupt the clinic’s schedule and prevent other clients from receiving care. This policy helps us maintain an efficient appointment system and provide timely service to all clients.
