Like all responsible businesses, on March 23rd Click Hearing took the decision to cease face-to-face appointments until the spread of Covid-19 is brought under control.
Our preference is still to offer telephone or video-call support and advice, a postal repair service and remote fine-tune to hearing aids (where applicable).
If a face to face clinic appointment is necessary, we are now able to see clients subject to some significant changes to how the service is delivered in order to keep our clients and team safe. Please view the advice document here.

Orders from our shop may take a while longer than normal and we ask for your patience in these unusual times.
Repairs – Please send all hearing aid repairs via recorded delivery to Click Hearing, Springfield Hospital, Lawn Lane, Chelmsford, CM1 7GU. It is important that you tell us that you are sending them in to us beforehand, either by email of phone call.
These are very strange times but please do follow the health guidance as it comes out. The whole team can’t wait to come back in full force once it is safe to do so.
