Custom made swim moulds may be useful for those who have undergone ear surgery, such as grommet insertion; when it is advised to prevent water from entering the middle-ear. In these cases it is also important to use the swim moulds when bathing, as soapy water is more prone to entering the middle-ear. Swim moulds have also been useful to those who are prone to suffering from ear infections after swimming.

Swim moulds are made in a variety of colours to the exact shape of the ear and are manufactured in house from a strong and durable silicone material which floats in water.

For those who work in noisy environments, or who take part in activities that expose them to excessive noise, hearing protection is vital. Motorcyclists are at particular risk and even the best helmets may on their own, not provide sufficient noise protection when driving at speed for long durations.
For those working in noise for prolonged periods, it is advisable to combine custom noise moulds with ear muffs for maximum attenuation and regular breaks away from noise is essential.

Custom noise moulds can be worn comfortably on their own, under a motorcycle helmet, or under ear muffs and are made from high grade silicone. The type recommended may depend on your requirements and preference.

CENS digital Flex – Made from flexible, medical-grade silicone material, these new ultra soft noise suppressors are designed to be extremely comfortable over long durations. CENS Flex utilises a modular design that features an interchangeable active system and passive plug, making cleaning simple. Every pair of CENS Flex is also coated with an ultra-thin anti-bacterial layer, for improved comfort and hygiene, and also feature the same two programs as the CENS digital.

CENS Hunter – Designed especially with the rifle marksman in mind, these brand new state-of-the-art earplugs are capable of suppressing the louder gunshot noise generated by rifle and larger calibre ammunition.
CENS Hunter features two new pre-programmed settings, the second of which provides increased wind noise reduction. Every pair is also supplied with wind shields that fit over the ear, cutting down wind noise even further when using a high chair or when shooting in severe conditions.

Every pair of CENS is supplied with a comprehensive CENS pack, containing hard and soft carry cases, wallet, user manual, batteries, cleaning supplies and CENS baseball case and clothing patch.

Musicians’ ear moulds: ER9, ER15, ER25: £180 per pair

These custom made in-the-canal ear plugs are ideal for musicians as they can be ordered in different attenuation levels to suit differing environments. Individually moulded from an impression of the users ear to ensure an exact fit and maximum wearing comfort.
