Click Hearing fought off strong competition to win the Customer Care Award at the 2014 Havering Business Awards held on Friday 3rd October.

‘Setting standards that many large businesses aspire to’ was how Click Hearing were announced as winners and were also congratulated on their ‘commitment to the customer’ and ‘inspired approach to customer follow up processes’

The awards process took three months during which time the organisers visited our Upminster practice, interviewed the team and were shown the many testimonials received by from customers.
